First-Time Benefit Users
Complete the online VA Form 22-1990 - Application for VA Education Benefits on the GI Bill™ website. Bring a copy of the submitted application and a copy of your DD-214 or DD-2384-NOBE (Notice of Basic Eligibility) to the VA benefits representative in the Student Administrative Services Office for certification of enrollment.
Transfer Students
Complete the online VA Form 22-1995 - Request for Change of Program or Place of Training on the GI Bill™ website. Bring a copy of the submitted form and a copy of your DD-214 or DD-2384-NOBE (Notice of Basic Eligibility) to the VA benefits representative in the Student Administrative Services Office for certification of enrollment.
Veteran Readiness and Employment (Chapter 31)
If you have a service-connected disability that limits your ability to work or prevents you from working, Veteran Readiness and Employment (formerly called Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment) can help. This program - also known as Chapter 31 or VR&E - helps you explore employment options and address education or training needs. In some cases, your family members may also qualify for certain benefits.

Complete the online VA Form 22-5490 - Application for Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance on the GI Bill™ website. Bring a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility that you receive to the VA benefits representative in the Student Administrative Services Office for certification of enrollment.
Readmission
