Instructions:
The Mount Alumni Association is accepting nominations for the Mount St. Joseph University Alumni Impact Awards. Nominees must have graduated within the past 20 years. The selection is made from candidates who have excelled in their professions and provided service to their communities (post graduation). Three awards will be presented to three deserving alumni during the Mount Jubilee Gala on Friday, April 5, 2019. Please use a separate form for each nomination. You may attach additional pages if needed. Current members of the Mount’s Alumni Board, Board of Trustees, staff and faculty members are ineligible to receive the award.
