  What is my investment?

Let's be honest, it's not enough for a personalized educational experience to simply be attainable. It has to be affordable too. We share everything upfront to help you make an informed decision.

  • The Mount offers a flat, full-time tuition rate. Students attending full-time who are earning their first bachelor’s degree are eligible for automatic scholarship consideration.
  • Thinking about transferring to the Mount? You can continue your path toward a bachelor’s degree through our Connections Scholars program while you complete your associate’s degree with your local community college. You will receive automatic consideration for the $2,500 Connections Scholarship with an earned associate degree. Check out our Transfer Scholarships to learn more.
  • Not planning to attend full-time? No problem. You can attend these programs at a flexible pace that works for you. Attending part-time allows you to pay the per-credit-hour rate, which is significantly less than the full-time tuition rate.
  • You can find additional ways to pay for school through payment options, and employer tuition remission options.
  • We want to help discuss your financial pathways. The Financial Services Office is available to discuss what your financial plan might look like. Connect with us at 513-244-4418 or Financial.Aid@msj.edu
How long will it take to finish my degree?

We understand earning a degree takes time, and we are dedicated to accommodating your enrollment experience for an easy transition. Our flexible program offerings fit into your busy schedule.

How fast you can earn a bachelor's degree depends on your existing credits. We believe you can complete your degree in nearly 24 months if you maximize your transfer credits and any career experience through our prior learning assessment (PLA) process.

Prior Learning Assessment

Prior Learning Assessment is a process that evaluates knowledge and learning gained outside the classroom. It includes employment, certifications, military training/service, civic activities, and volunteer service. Explore college credit based off of your experience here using our credit predictor tool.

If you've never taken college credits before, full-time students can expect to complete their bachelor's degree within four years.

Contact The Office of Admission for a free transfer credit evaluation and completion plan where we determine how previous college credit will transfer. Connect with us at 513-244-4204 or Amy.Wolf@msj.edu

What are the benefits of completing a degree?

Getting your bachelor's degree pays.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics from 2021, completing a bachelor’s degree increases your earnings by 49 percent, equivalent to around $22,000 more a year after completing a degree.
