Payment Options

We offer the following bill payment options.

Pay in Full

If you wish to pay your semester balance in full, the Mount accepts checks, cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You can pay in person in Student Administrative Services in the Conlan Center.

You can also pay online using a credit card or from a checking or savings account.

Federal Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students (PLUS) and Alternative Loans

Student Administrative Services will be happy to discuss these options with you. Both of these are loan programs offered to parents and students respectively, based on credit-worthiness as determined by your lender of choice.

Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option

Nelnet can make education payments more convenient and affordable. Instead of lump-sum payments, the plan lets families pay all or part of their education expenses in manageable monthly installments. Additional information can be found at or by calling 1-800-609-8056.

Outside Scholarships

If you have received a scholarship from a group or organization in your local community, please contact Student Administrative Services. Any scholarship check that you receive should be brought or sent to Student Administrative Services to have it applied to your student account.

Bookstore Policy

Students with enough financial aid to cover all tuition, room, board, and fees may be eligible to obtain a Bookstore Advance by submitting an online request.


We’ll automatically process account refunds once all charges have been paid, and a credit balance is generated. You can choose either to have a refund check mailed to your on-file address, or have it directly deposited to a bank account. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the credit being generated.
