Victim Studies is designed to help students gain a better understanding of victims of crime.

Victim Studies minor is interdisciplinary in nature and involves a mixture of criminology, psychology, and social work courses. It is designed to help students gain a better understanding of victims of crime, our societal response to them, consequences of victimization, services available, and prevention techniques. The additional service learning component helps to support students’ integration of life and learning while allowing them to serve others in our community.
