Mount St. Joseph University’s AED 290 Practicum Experience at St. Lawrence Catholic School
As the semester draws to a close, so does the incredible practicum experience the AED 290 preservice art education students had at St. Lawrence Elementary in Lower Price Hill. Their culminating event was to prepare and display a sampling of the artwork created by the kindergarten students they taught during this past semester. Lessons were prepared and executed under the supervision of Mrs. Martha Carroll, Instructor and Mrs. Susan Ruttle Lawrence, Program Director of Art Education. Special thanks to mentor teachers, Mrs. Noschang and Mrs. Sands and principal Mrs. Long at St. Lawrence. Your support was amazing! Preservice students Ella Jane Kuhnell, Quinntin Muddiman, Bella Saupe, and Carr Smith will be in another art education practicum experience next semester at Delhi Middle School.
