Mount St. Joseph University closes its centennial year with Centennial Jubilee Week, a seven-day digital celebration of the Mount Community beginning September 8, 2020 culminating on September 14, 2020 MSJ Founders Day.
Each year, the Mount Jubilee raises scholarship money for over 1,000 deserving MSJ students. On April 3, 2020, the Mount honored several alumni and supporters at the Centennial Jubilee Gala at the Cincinnati Music Hall Ballroom. These philanthropic investments create life-changing opportunities for young people who dream of a college education and a bright future.
"Through the relentless challenges of 2020, Mount St. Joseph University has been afforded the opportunity to demonstrate the enduring values that are woven throughout its one hundred years of existence – values that compel us to work tirelessly to promote what is good and what is right, values that demand we alleviate the suffering of our fellow travelers," says Amy Smith, Vice President of Institutional Advancement. "This Centennial year is a testimony to the transcendent power of education and to the legacy of love and faith upon which we stand."
After our series of unthinkable challenges associated with the event of Covid-19, students, alumni, faculty and staff rose to meet each challenge with Hearts of a Lion. Please join the Mount as we close our Centennial year.
