Personal relationships with world-class faculty
With an 11-1 student-faculty ratio, every student gets the personal attention they need to succeed. At the Mount, faculty know their students by name and work to bring out the best in everyone. Also, our advising team consistently earns high marks from students for the counsel they provide.

Career Prospects
In 2018, our graduates posted a 98.2 percent Career Outcomes rate, which means that nearly every single student found meaningful work, volunteer opportunities, or admission into graduate programs after graduation.

Robust student life
We might have a small campus, but there’s a lot going on here. In addition to dozens of student organizations, we also have 25 intercollegiate sports teams, of which 22 compete in DIII of the NCAA. We’re also excited about our brand new Recreation & Fitness Center, which will open in the fall of 2020. And if community service is your thing, we partner with more than 60 community organizations to regularly give back.

When you combine all of these factors, it’s no wonder that we were recognized as a College of Distinction in 2018.
