For 100 years, Mount St. Joseph University has been making history in Greater Cincinnati.
Founded in 1920 by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, The Mount has a history of graduating difference makers. With roots in education and healthcare, we’ve expanded our offerings immensely over the past century to include business, sciences and humanities. Respectful of our past, we stand ready to educate leaders of the next century.

To meet a Mount graduate, is to meet a passionate leader. Among our alumni ranks, we have people who have raised millions of dollars for cancer research, led major corporations, provided clothing to those in need, and much more. Although they’re usually a humble bunch, if you look beneath the surface of the great things happening in Cincinnati, you’ll usually find one of our alumni.
