Biography:

Madalyn White joined Mount St. Joseph University’s Division of Institutional Research in 2018 and currently serves as Director of Institutional Research. In her role, she leads institutional reporting, strategic analytics, accreditation support, and federal and state compliance reporting efforts that help guide data-informed decision making across the University.

Throughout her time at the Mount, Madalyn has led several major institutional data and reporting initiatives, including the creation and expansion of Tableau dashboards and self-service analytics tools, the implementation of campus data governance review, and the transition of course evaluations from paper to Watermark’s online platform. She regularly collaborates with senior leadership on enrollment, retention, assessment, and program review initiatives, and serves on multiple university committees focused on institutional effectiveness and student success.

Madalyn has extensive experience managing complex federal reporting requirements, including IPEDS reporting and large-scale institutional data submissions. She is passionate about using data to support strategic planning, improve the student experience, and help tell the story of the Mount through meaningful insights and analysis.

She earned her Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, Madalyn enjoys gardening, reading, photography, painting, wellness activities, spending time with family and friends, and spoiling her pets.
