Biography:
Kayla Miller, M.Ed., is an adjunct professor in the School of Education at Mount St. Joseph University, where she teaches introductory and advanced courses in teacher education. She is also a doctoral student at Clemson University, where her research focuses on teacher education, culturally responsive literacy, and curriculum development. She has taught and designed literacy-focused workshops for parents, implemented community-based tutoring programs, and developed strategies for empowering families to support their children’s learning journeys. Kayla’s mission is to inspire students and educators by integrating innovative strategies and fostering partnerships that build strong, literate communities.
