Ms. Richardson has been at the Mount since 1995 in various positions across campus. Her work for the college began in the Institutional Advancement Office and then moving to the Vice President of Academic Affairs Office (VPAA).  After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree while working for the VPAA, Ms. Richardson became Advising Resource Coordinator.  In that role, she held workshops to educate faculty/staff advisors on the importance of advising, developed the advising syllabus, and established clear roles of advisor and advisee.


In 2010, Ms. Richardson became the Assistant Registrar where she supported the Registrar and the responsibilities of the Registrar’s Office.  In 2012, she was promoted to Registrar.  She is now responsible for the planning, oversight, and management of all student academic records and for the administration of all services and operations in the Registrar's Office.  She is a member of AACRAO and OACRAO.
