Dr. Reynolds holds a doctoral degree in Education Leadership and Management from Capella University, as well as a Master of Science in College Student Affairs from Eastern Illinois University. She has 10 years of multifaceted experience in higher education. Before joining the Mount, Dr. Reynolds was the Associate Vice President of Inclusive Excellence and Title IX Director at Indiana State University, where she has also served as Assistant Dean of Students for Student Advocacy and Director of the Women’s Resource Center. She has also worked as a university registrar and an instructor.
The recipient of many honors and awards, Dr. Reynolds has a distinguished background. In 2017, while working at Indiana State University, she was invited to the White House by President Obama’s Administration to attend a summit on combatting sexual violence on college campuses. In 2015, she was granted the Rising Star Award, which is awarded to graduates of the College of Education and Professional Studies at Eastern Illinois University for her significant work in minority affairs. Dr. Reynolds has also given several presentation on diversity, inclusion, and equity, particularly in higher education and the workplace.
