Dear MSJ community,
My name is Eucabeth Mose, I am a beneficiary of the Zawadi Africa Educational Fund ( www.zawadiafrica.org ) and a Mount St. Joseph Alum ( class of 2010). Valentine Wanga (also a mount Alumn), other Zawadi Africa beneficiaries and I joined hands and Founded Infinity African Empowerment Foundation. We are famously known as the girls from Kenya.
I just wanted to you how much of an impact the Mount had on us. I couldn’t have brought other girls together to start this organization if it wasn’t for the inspiration I received from the Mount. I do what I do today because the Mount opened my eyes to see what I can do as an empowered African Woman. The Mount molded me to be the superwoman that I am today. I couldn’t be more blessed! I am so grateful to the Mount. Our organization is still young, but we hope to transform the face of Africa through it, together I believe we can make it happen. Please visit our facebook page at this link. https://www.facebook.com/InfinityAfricanEmpowermentFoundation and learn more.
If you don’t mind, please make this organization known to the mount Community through facebook and on campus. We are all products of the Mount’s hard work and we would appreciate any support from the community that molded us. Please recommend our facebook page to the Mount community‘s facebook group so that they can learn about what we do, like our facebook page and be involved in the organization in any way they can.
Currently we are fundraising to raise money (at least 2,000 dollars) for the incorporation of our organization as a non-profit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any suggestions, ideas or recommendations for us. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Once again thanks for your good work.

The Zawadi Africa Education Fund is based on the highly successful Kennedy/Mboya Student airlifts of the 1960's, through a partnership with individuals and institutions with an interest in creating leadership opportunities for girls in Africa.
