Students can signup for TOP (Talent Opportunity Program) the month of February. TOP is the Mount's unique career preparedness initiative that is free and available to all undergraduate students at the Mount. Registration for TOP is limited to one month in the fall semester and once in the spring semester.
TOP offers three levels: gold, silver and bronze. Each level consists of career readiness classes, seminars with business leaders, workshops on professional development and networking, and other opportunities. Once students finish the gold level requirements, they are eligible to receive outplacement services with Promark, a leading career consulting firm, if they do not find a professional job by six months after graduation.
