Reichert receives Cashman Service Award from the College of Mount St. Joseph

The College of Mount St. Joseph presented the 2013 Sister Elizabeth Cashman Service Award to Leanne Reichert, a sophomore studying nursing. This award is given to a student who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the mission of the College through involvement in, and initiation of, service.

Reichert is a class representative for the Student Nurses Association. She is also a senator in the Student Government Association at the Mount, and participates in Habitat for Humanity. She also traveled to Washington, D.C., with the Lions for Life program, and is a member of the honors program at the Mount. She is also a Knowlton Scholar and has received a scholarship from the Austin E. Knowlton Foundation.

Reichert is from Indian Lake, Ohio.

The College of Mount St. Joseph is an undergraduate and graduate Catholic college that provides an interdisciplinary liberal arts and professional curriculum emphasizing values, service and social responsibility.
