The College of Mount St. Joseph will host a job search workshop titled, "12 Things You Need to Know to Market Yourself," to help student and alumni job hunters become more successful in finding professional employment.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 5-6 p.m. in the Corona Room, and will focus on proven tips, tools and tactics for job hunters to market their competitive advantages. After the main presentation, there will be an optional session about salary negotiating tactics.
The workshop will be presented by Rich Utecht, a career and co-op coordinator in the Mount's Career and Experiential Education Center. Utecht has more than 20 years of experience in professional development, talent management, leadership coaching, recruiting, and assessment.
This event is open to all current students and Mount alumni, and students may receive TOP (Talent Opportunity Program) credits for attending.
