"Sit to Fit"
If you’ve ever felt motivated to begin an exercise program and then lost interest, here is a training program just for you.
The Mount offers alumni the opprotunity to join students, faculty, and staff to discover the benefits of getting fit. This program will offer beginners, joggers, and walkers an enjoyable way to train and then participate in the 5k at the 2013 Flying Pig. Participation in the 5k Flying Pig is not required for program enrollment.
