Andy Fleming, co-author of upcoming Harvard Business Review article entitled “Making Business Personal,” will speak on “Becoming a Transformational Leader,” sponsored by the College’s Center for Ethical Leadership. Fleming is the Founding Principal of Way to Grow, INC. The lecture will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 1:40 p.m. in the College Theatre. The event is free and students are encouraged to come.The event also counts toward student requirements enrolled in the Talent Opportunity Program (TOP).
Fleming has over twenty five years of corporate and consulting experience at leading companies, including Procter and Gamble, Aetna and The Hay Group. He has also spent five years directing professional and undergraduate programming in “Ethics and Servant Leadership” at Emory University’s Center for Ethics.
