Graduating seniors, alumni and community members looking for new career opportunities are invited to the College of Mount St. Joseph’s Spring Employment Fair on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. This year’s fair will combine an opportunity for networking with different employers as well as holding interviews for those interested.
“This is an excellent opportunity for those who would like to talk to company representatives about possible employment, but also to learn more about the company and explore possible career options,” said Maggie Davis, associate vice president for academic support at the Mount. “We hope this leads to a good start for our graduating seniors in their post-graduate success as well as a chance for members of the community to boost their own job searches.”
This year’s fair will be held in the Harrington Center gymnasium and will include a slightly changed format with the addition of interviews being held in the afternoon session. Employers and fair participants will network from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and participants may be invited to interview with an employer from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. All participants must attend the networking session to be invited for an interview.
Approximately 41 employers (view list here) will have representatives attending the Spring Employment Fair including: Cincinnati Children’s Research Foundation, Procter & Gamble, Hamilton County Job and Family Services, Envision, Sisters of Charity, TriHealth, and Total Quality Logistics. The employers will share full-time, part-time, summer, co-op, and internship positions.
Business attire is appropriate and all job seekers are encouraged to bring resumes. For additional information on the event, contact Julie Keller at email@example.com.
