Biography:
Sharon Wagner, Ph. D. has served as Professor and Dean of the School of Business since 2020. Previously she chaired the Department of Business at Linfield University and the Master of Science in Organization Development program at the University of San Francisco, and earned tenure at four universities where she was honored for excellence in teaching, research, and collaborative university service. Dr. Wagner has founded two management consulting firms, served as an expert witness on organizational surveys, and led Workforce Analytics at Genentech/Roche. She earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the School of Business at the University of Tennessee.
