Dr. Evers is an associate professor in the Department of Graduate Education. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where she later became a visiting senior research associate with the Consortium for Cross Cultural Research in Education. In that capacity, Dr. Evers has specialized in cross-cultural research that has brought her to educational sites across the world.
Professor Evers' research interests include teachers' and principals' job satisfaction, stress and burnout, and reaction to change. Her teaching expertise includes topics such as learning theories, classroom management, human growth and development; psychology of the learner, and measurement and evaluation.
