Expertise: Protein structure and function using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and computer simulations
Dr. Johnson is an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 2005 and was later awarded a postdoctoral fellowship from the American Heart Association to pursue work at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory at Florida State University.
Professor Johnson joined the Mount's faculty in 2008. His research interests include the study of protein structure and function using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and computer simulations. He enjoys jogging, reading, cooking, and playing the piano.
