Interior Architecture & Design is the systematic planning and design of interior environments.

This program concentrates on the human experience dealing with structures, systems, spaces, and surfaces to create immersive experiences for individual and collective interactions. It is an integrated interdisciplinary sequence of courses that builds upon the strengths of a liberal arts and sciences foundation, the problem-solving skills and insights of design and the global responsiveness of marketing.

The Interior Architecture and Design program is an integrated interdisciplinary sequence of courses that builds upon:

  • Strengths of a Liberal Arts and Sciences foundation
  • User-centered; problem-solving skills and insights of design
  • Goal-oriented, global responsiveness of marketing

The Interior Architecture and Design major is no longer available to incoming freshman, but will still be open to transfer students meeting certain criteria. Contact the Office of Admissions for further details.
