We offer a B.A. in Art Education for students who plan to become professional art educators.
Our comprehensive curriculum includes:
- Studio art
- Art history
- Art criticism
- Aesthetics
- Two-semester course in visual arts teaching theory and practice
The art program, coupled with professional education coursework, prepares students for Ohio licensure as a Visual Art Specialist, pre-K-12.
We also offer day, evening and summer graduate studio courses for art teachers seeking advanced knowledge and skills.
