The Department of Business Administration develops MBAs to meet the needs of the greater Cincinnati business community.
Increasingly businesses seek people with the technical knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired through the MBA degree experience. Businesses also desire ethical employees with the ability to lead, create, and make significant contributions to organizational goals. The Mount's MBA offers a traditional MBA curriculum infused with the values of our college. Our classes are small. Our faculty are well qualified. Our graduates are equipped for success in the world of business.
The Mount offers the MBA degree in two formats. Program requirements are the same.
- The 4+1 MBA: This format is primarily for traditional Mount undergraduate students who wish to begin MBA courses in their senior year and complete the MBA with only one additional year of study. It is open to all Mount students regardless of major, provided five foundational courses are completed. Courses are during the day. Admission is competitive.
- The Saturday MBA: This format is primarily for professionals with several years of experience in the workplace. Courses are taught on Saturday mornings. Degree requirements can be completed in just over two years.
